AUDUBON COLLECTION"
I have always loved Audubon's paintings in his "Birds of America". I designed these shorebird carvings to partially be in the style of the antique decoys but have posed them in the positions that Audubon used in his paintings. When you enlarge these pictures you will be given a link to view Audubon's painting of that bird. Each bird is carved from basswood and has a distressed paint finish. Each is numbered and signed.
